Entering teams must submit:
An entry fee bank or cashier's check payable
to: INDIANA ASA, and: An
"Official Indiana ASA Entry Form"

or
pay an additional $25, and An
"ASA Official Waiver & Release of Liability &
Indemnification Form/ASA Official National Championship Roster"

completely filled out - including: team name
and classification, managers' affidavit, commissioners' affidavit,
individual players' printed names, signatures, players' dates of
birth, bonafide street addresses including, city, state, and zip
code, and players initials. This
form must also be signed by your local District Commissioner [CLICK
HERE FOR LIST OF DISTRICT COMMISSIONERS]
or
pay an additional $25.
All of the above must be
delivered to the tournament
director at-least seven (7) days prior to the event.
Teams
can no longer "hand carry" their roster to the tournament! Tournaments will be drawn, and teams notified by
telephone (and email, if provided), on the Monday prior to the week of
the event. Some events, will by necessity, start on Friday night.
Teams will be assigned game times in an effort to ensure adequate travel
time. The State Umpire-in-Chief, or his designee, is scheduled
to check bats at all Adult State Tournaments.
All players will be required to present picture ID and sign the
"Official Indiana ASA Tournament Sign-in Form"
before
they will be eligible to participate in the tournament event.
Please note: *The Men's Class E Slow Pitch tournaments where the HR limit is -0-, per the ASA Official Playing Rules a HR shall also be a half-inning ending out.
In all other tournament events where the HR limit is -0-, a HR shall be a dead ball out and play shall continue.
Also, please note: Men's Class D Slow Pitch teams may play in both events. If teams wait until after playing in the first (Crawfordsville) event,
they should pay their entry fee to Mr. Robert L. Cash, Jr. who will contact Mr. Gary Dorsett and forward the money, roster and entry form.
